Free initial consultation to answer any questions you might have

60 minute evaluation

$250 for a 1-hour diagnostic interview to make sure we know what you’re dealing with and how best to help

60 minute treatment session

$200 for 1-hour sessions.

These can be in person or over Zoom

45 minute treatment Session

$150 for 45 minute sessions

These can be in-person or over Zoom.

Digital Sleep Therapy with Personal Support

How it works:

  • Complete a brief assessment (CAT-MH) online

  • 30-minute video consultation with me ($100)

  • Six weeks of guided treatment through the app ($300)

  • Regular check-ins and adjustments from me

  • Optional 3-week extension available ($100)

Best for:

  • Patients without insurance coverage

  • Those seeking flexible, app-based treatment

  • People comfortable with technology and self-directed work

Can’t find a therapist who takes your insurance? Prefer a flexible approach with expert guidance? I now offer COAST, app-based CBT-I with personal support.

What is COAST?

COAST is an evidence based hybrid approach to treating insomnia that includes a combination of an app and direct contact with me.

Total investment: $400 for complete 6-week program
